Desmond Hughes and Robert Krupica alongside Grenville Fordham of Image Asia, assisted the British Chamber of Commerce to Thailand (BCCT) in the organisation of the presentation by John Christie, CEO of Tesco Lotus at the Outrigger Laguna Phuket hotel on 10th August 2017.
Mr. Christie’s presentation covered the Tesco Group policy, community lead projects by Tesco in Thailand, Tesco Lotus’ plans for sustainable expansion in Thailand and its market positioning. Tesco employs over 60,000 staff in Thailand and Mr. Christie explained the work culture policy and program to ensure that Tesco Lotus provides a long term employment environment to a diverse base of graduates, college students and direct entrants.
BCCT will continue it’s promotion of business events in Phuket over the course of 2017/2018.
