Desmond Hughes sat on a panel comprising executives discussing investment in property in Japan, the U.S. and Thailand. Desmond later presented exclusively on a legal and commercial update of investing in Property in Thailand.
Questions from the audience centered around the property transaction costs for investing in condominium freehold or leasehold; the prices per sq. meter in Bangkok compared with Singapore; investment trends around the BTS in Bangkok; and the market and economic sentiment within Thailand for the long term including planned Government infrastructure spending.
